Homestyle Meatloaf- ( We add all the tomato sauce into the meatloaf and don't put any on top. I also wrap bacon over the entire thing.

Paleo Southwest Meatloaf-( This was very good. The prep took a little longer than I anticipated.. probably 30 minutes total (I had to quadruple the recipe because of the size of my family and I like leftovers for lunches). I will cut the hot sauce in half next time as this was too spicy for my kids. I will also double the eggs next time.

Curried Ground Beef Stir Fry-Wonderful Asian influenced meal.

Caramelized Onion Frittata-( This was amazing! 

Italian Egg Casserole-Easy and yummy.

Paleo Pancakes-Don't skimp on the Almond Butter; you need a lot more than you think.

Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs (

Pan-seared Chicken and Curried Parsnips ( When I made this, I doubled the entire recipe. For the sauce I did 4 tbsp curry, two cans broth, and 1 whole can coconut milk. BUT, I should warn you: I (and all five of my children) absolutely LOVE curry.

Coconut Milk Ice Cream-( This was amazing, but eventually I will tweak it a little.

Pork Chops with Dijon Herb Sauce-( I added mushrooms. Yum!

Pulled Pork (ignore the sandwich)-( This is my all time favorite pulled pork.

Salmon Sliders-( I used tuna instead of salmon and it was fantastic!

Bacon, Grape, and Broccoli Salad-( My favorite!!

Cilantro Lime Slaw ( Love, love, love this slaw. I like using it when I make fish patties to go with it or fish.

Steakhouse Potato Salad--( NOT PALEO. But, so good.

Flax Seed and Nut Granola-Love this granola.

Popcorn on the stove--A perfect snack
